I’m a leadership development professional with over a decade of experience helping people organize, grow, and lead with purpose. For the past 12 years, I’ve worked as a labor organizer with a large public sector union, where I’ve supported diverse teams in building power, navigating complex challenges, and creating meaningful change in their workplaces and communities.

A central part of my work has been developing and empowering leaders. I’ve helped individuals step into their voice, build confidence, and take on leadership roles—equipping them with the tools and support they need to lead effectively and make an impact. My approach is grounded in real-world experience, working alongside people at all levels to strengthen their skills and foster leadership that is both authentic and effective.

In addition to my professional work, I have served in various leadership roles within different Masajid, where I’ve contributed to community building, organizational development, and faith-based leadership. These experiences have further shaped my commitment to service, collaboration, and values-driven leadership.

I hold a Master’s degree from Rutgers University’s School of Management and Labor Relations (SMLR), where I deepened my expertise in organizational dynamics, labor relations, and leadership strategy. I’ve also earned a Certificate in Leading Organizational Change from Rutgers, further strengthening my ability to guide individuals and organizations through transformation.
