The Prophet (ﷺ) instructed Mu’adh ibn Jabal to teach the testimony of faith first, then prayer, and finally charity when dispatching him to Yemen.

John Kotter emphasizes that skipping stages in a transformation only creates the illusion of speed. Sustainable change requires a logical progression where intellectual buy-in precedes behavioral habits. Leaders who rush to the "What" before establishing the "Why" often see their initiatives collapse.

True transformation is a process, not an event, and requires building a foundation that can sustain the weight of new responsibilities.
